Kickass, the doorstop dog, reports that it has been a reoccurring dream of the keeper’s that a national no-nonsense mother explodes onto the political scene as if she were returning home early and surprising a gang of house-partying teenage bums, whereupon she starts swinging a broom and shouting, “YOU MISERABLE PEA-BRAINED SLUGS GET THE HELL OUT OF MY HOUSE AND TAKE YOUR HIRED HUSSIES AND JUVENILE GAMES WITH YOU!”
The national mother in his dream is attractive and muscular, having obviously taken care of herself and lived a life of action and accomplishment. She comes across as one who could rearrange the furniture without help and paint the kitchen when it needs it.
Like Phyllis on steroids perhaps.
Dreams being the erratic things that they are, sometimes in the keeper’s dream the national mother turns into a Yellowstone buffalo and dispenses with unsavory invaders by tossing them out into the street.
