Kickass, the doorstop dog, reports the keeper once wrote a book entitled “TREESON: an APPOLOGIA Trees,” which carried the keeper’s message of contrition for the trees that had been cut down and used to make the paper to print his newspaper column drivel.
The book allowed him to review some of the more noteworthy drivel and to explain why it was or was not worth its pulpwood legacy. The book is still kicking around on Amazon or from the keeper, as he thinks of revising it to specifically mention those old Washington trees now being cut down by the pitiful POTUS to clear golf course fare ways.
Sometimes the keeper gets in over his head and this may be one of those times: how can you possibly apologize to a tree on behalf of someone who would use lumber from them to build scaffolding for public lynchings!
