Kickass and the Sparrow Egg

Kickass, the doorstop dog, passes along news from the keeper that the sparrows have made a bid to participate in the egg business conducted by Phyllis as she distributes eggs from the flocks of granddaughter Alexis and cleaning crew leader Lilia. These sources provide a variety of chicken and duck eggs, and now apparently sparrow eggs will be added as one was found out by the keeper’s balcony birdbath.

About the size of a jellybean, the sparrow egg presents the keeper—who absolutely requires eggs to start his day, with new questions about breakfast preparation, specifically what is the best way to fry a sparrow egg, and how does their protein content compare to duck eggs?

It is these kinds of thoughts that are therapeutic for the keeper and Phyllis as they struggles to ignore the flow of history and the unthinkable possibility of exploding eggs from their very own POTUS flock of loud-crowing, egg-laying roosters!

The keeper would appreciate hearing about the egg experiences of others. Has anyone ever tried to boil a dinosaur egg?
