Kickass, the doorstop dog, presents the following one-act play on behalf of the Keeper and Phylis.

“Where are we?”

“Under the bus!”

“How the hell did we all get under the bus?”

“We were thrown there by the driver, the one hired by the escaped billionaire inmates. He doesn’t even have a driver’s license and he has a long hit-and-run record with women!”

“Well, damn! Its our bus isn’t it! Can’t we get out from under it and throw out the inept sloth driver?”

“People are working on it, but the sloth driver has the bus on a dead-end road with toll bridges ahead manned by angry trolls and he is ignoring the flat tires caused by his habit of driving through trash.”

“We have to do something. We can’t stay here under our own bus while it is driven over the cliff in the mode of Selma and Louise.”

“There’s a roundabout coming up at the next intersection and the sloth driver will take the exit marked with false gold leaf signage that will take him and our bus to a parking lot full of irate elderly ladies who somehow escaped being thrown under here with all the rest of us. These ladies will use “vote staffs” to drag all of us out from under the bus.”

“The sloth driver will be tarred and feathered, which is an old method of humiliation and rejection. Once in his suit of tar and feathers, the sloth driver will be placed in a traveling cage with Elon Musk and the two of them will then be on public exhibition at county fairs.”

CURTAIN!
