Kickass, the doorstop dog, overheard the keeper tell Phyllis that he is suing the POTUS.
The keeper’s basic case will be based on the verity that while he accepts that he is frequently dumb, he is not consistently as dumb as the daily performance of the POTUS infers that he is.
Frequently the POTUS’ action or words will render the keeper unable to carry on his normal job of “recliner advisor” as his blood pressure rises to alarming levels as he hands the BP monitor over to Phyllis who appears to be suffering similar POTUS generated health issues.
The inference that they are not “that” dumb seems to have peaked with the green slime in the reflecting pool somehow put there by former Olympian canoeist David Hearn.
Is there a lawyer out there ready to step up on the keeper’s behalf, perhaps with the potential of the case advancing to class action status?
The provable harm done to a citizenry expected by an illusionary, lying leader to act dumb far beyond its dumbness capacity begs for court intervention, and then maybe followed by a White House fumigation.
(The keeper and Phyllis invite participation. So far there is no cost, but the lawyers are not in the game yet.)
