Kickass, the doorstop dog, looks over the keeper’s shoulder as he appears to be enjoying the latest Fux News.

“The male-dominated Republican Senate Committee in charge of women’s bodies is proposing a ‘womb rental’ fee to be levied on infants at the time of their birth and making them immediately eligible for the “baby-loan” program whereby they can borrow money from the credit industry that will set up a lifelong payment obligation at a 20 percent interest rate compounded hourly.

“Senator Ron the Rube (R-Wis) calling the measure the final solution described it as “The last essential brick in the data center to preserve domination of the rich over the working class and patterned after the student loan program.

“Inclusion of the fetus completes the process of regulating women’s bodies as it has been so capably defined by the senior male members of the committee,” Sen. Ron the Rube said.

“Another committee member–Sen. Horsehat (R-Texas) told Fux News that the measure requires regulation in an essential area of female activity and that the committee might turn its attention next to women’s hair styles.

“Do we need so much hair flying in the wind?” a committee member from Kansas was heard to utter.”

It was at this point that Phyllis noticed that the keeper had been dozing in front of the TV and obviously having dreams about what was on the screen.

She brought him a cup of coffee and suggested he tune the TV to a music channel.
