Kickass, the doorstop dog, reports the keeper and Phyllis finding themselves in the incredibly rare circumstance of agreeing with a POTUS decision to not attend the Superbowl tomorrow in Santa Clara because, as the POTUS says “it is too far away.”
Pundits point out that the possibility of loud and sustained booing may have factored in the POTUS decision to skip the super spectacle. The keeper and Phyllis maintain that the threat of abject public humiliation had nothing to do with their decision. It was made using just a smidgen of common sense and practicality and the fact that they care as much about the Superbowl as they do about last week’s weather.
They would point out to the super demented POTUS, however, that no matter where he does or doesn’t go tomorrow he is going to hear booing like he won’t believe, super booing that signals that for him he is losing the game big time.
