Kickass and “Put Down” Decision

Kickass, the doorstop dog, reminds the keeper and Phyllis of that time at the shelter when the “put down” decision is made for whatever reason—injury, old age, homelessness, friendlessness, contrary attitude, or etc.

Such decision making came to mind Sunday as millions of people came out to object to the “put-down” decision that has obviously been made on their behalf by a shelter management of narcissistic billionaire oafs.

Wholesale “put down” is in place for millions of young and old in the areas of shelter, food, health care, and just plain living a decent life. Realistic demonstrations of the final result of the “put down” plan are being made on a daily basis by ICE agents acting as Gestapo dog catchers, most recently in Minneapolis and Portland.

As the keeper and Phillis’s crowd did their bit Sunday to protest the rapidly expanding “put down” trend, there were those who insisted that a “shelter” breakout is not only possible but desperately needed.

The response to “put down” must be to “Rise up!”
