Kickass, the doorstop dog, intercepted the following note written by the keeper and Phyllis as they attempt to survive life as it becomes ever more absurd and impossible.
“To the POTUS who obviously has no concern:
“At long last, sir, have you no sense of decency?
“Never mind!
“The answer to the old Mccarthy era question is in the whimpering of hungry children, the echoing screams of those dying in the wars you and your rich friends profit from and the wailing of the survivors of those you are murdering in the small boats.
“You will have your narcissistic day of ruining and heartlessly destroying people’s lives, but a tsunami of human caring began last Saturday across the country and it is destined to drown you in your own poison juices.

“PS: We considered going to Canada but Phyllis’s relatives up there send word they already have snow.”
