Kickass and Gutter Balls

Kickass, the doorstop dog, notes how the keeper spends undue amounts of time reviewing the past to try to figure out if he missed anything.

In a recent look at Madison in the 1960’s he discovered that among the many things he missed was the campaign appearance of JFK and the “Bowling School” offered by a local venue as illustrated in the accompanying photo.

While members of the Kennedy family have maintained a presence in the long lives of the keeper and Phyllis, right down to this day, neither one of them took up bowling.

Some of what that might have deprived them of is now being provided by the Kennedy family as it teaches them what a “gutter-ball” really is.

Life sometimes has an odd way of filling in the blanks!
