Kickass, the doorstop dog, reports the keeper greeting the day by reading a Facebook post written by “John Scheve” and passed along by Tom G that does a deep dive into global warming’s catastrophic weather effects.
In a complex explanation of how warming ocean currents will bring on frequent 200 mph hurricanes, rain measured in tens of feet, flood damage costing trillions and rendering much of California and other coastal areas uninhabitable, Scheve’s post is enough to draw attention away from Jeffery Epstein and Trump, only temporarily, of course.
“Scheve,” calls his post “Climate Change Induced North Pacific Annual Oscillation” (CCINPAO) and it leaves the keeper with mixed feelings: While sticking around to watch the dire disasters would be interesting, given his advanced age perhaps it would be best for the keeper to be on the big bus to the recycling center when the storms come.
He would talk it over with Phyllis but she is temporarily distracted by a TV feature about best friends Donald and Jeffery and their daycare center.
