Kickass, the doorstop dog, reports that the keeper, with Canadian- born wife Phyllis as a constant reminder of basic decency, and his own memories of many wonderful Canadian visits, finds himself uncharacteristically speechless in the foul wake of the Trump Titanic.
To try to make light of such asinine insulting Trump behavior would deprive it of the seriousness it demands: you do not spit in an old friend’s face and then claim the right to having done so because you have more venomous spit than anyone else. There are no jokes there, my friends!
The treatment accorded Canada and much of the rest of the world by the insufferable narcissist who bought into the POTUS with tainted billionaire money brands all US citizens as stupid, gullible, snooty, dispassionate, cruel, and most of all indecent.
There is nothing even remotely funny about any of that misbranding of the decent US majority which currently has the fatal iceberg in sight; and the keeper will not insult anyone by trying to pretend otherwise.
“Oh Canada! Our home and native land…” So sings Phyllis for the keeper’s serious listening pleasure.
