Kickass, the doorstop dog, under the mistaken impression that “DOGE” was “Dogs Out Going Everywhere,” mistakenly agreed to serve as the local DOGE enforcer at Vista West where the keeper and Phyllis reside, the primary DOGE duty being to ship all Vista West residents to Greenland whether they wanted to go or not.
Kickass ran into an immediate logistical problem when two of his helpers—An inbred mutt named TACO who thought he was a Great Dane and a poodle-like selfish bone-hoarder called Muskrat got into a fight over which one would drive the bus to Greenland, both ignoring the fact that deportation travel of the Vista West residents to Greenland would necessarily be by ship and not by bus.
The DOGE dogfight quickly got out of hand—involving shredded ears, black eyes, ugly snarling and finally pitiful whining.
The only recourse for Kickass was to resign from DOGE and inform the keeper that he was now available for his regular duty of assisting him and Phyllis in their daily “Kickass” howling.
Kickass chalks his DOGE mistake up to experience and he will be careful about volunteering for things in the future.
