Kickass and Phyllis Photo Art

Kickass, the doorstop dog, reports the keeper was in the Vista West audience when Phyllis presented her debut “Phillis Phixes Photos” photo-artist show in which she used some of her prize-winning photos to demonstrate how the use of a wide variety of computer programs can not only improve the basic composition of a photo but turn it into a true work of art.

While he might be prejudiced, the keeper proclaims the show a great success, and would encourage Phyllis to take it on the road if not for the risk of her leaving him home alone.

The keeper’s dear old mother tended to cut peoples’ heads off in using her old box camera. Phyllis could have helped her, maybe by making heads from a Halloween pumpkin computer program and turning Mom’s headless scene into an Irish dance.

Phyllis could do that. The ribbons and awards she has accumulated prove her talents in that regard.

Then there is Phyllis’s ability to put rare quality into the keeper’s life, but that is a story for another time.
