Kickass is in the Market

Kickass, the doorstop dog, comments that the keeper checking on the stock market is akin to a bug checking out windshields on the Interstate.

The fact that his piddly pennies are in the market in any form is an absurdity promoted by the big players to make the keeper think he is a participant, and to relieve him of any shekels he might manage to accumulate.

In the ever-accelerating concentration of wealth among billionaires at the top of the commercial dung heap, the keeper’s lowly position would be embarrassing if he had the economic sense of a cat.

As his financial circumstances indicate, the keeper is obviously destined to ride out the big race with just enough loose change to buy Phyllis a hamburger, unless, of course, the market dumps.
