Kickass, the doorstop dog, reports that the keeper is admittedly slow to catch on, but is finally recognizing the importance of “blame” in maintaining relevance in today’s Land of Oz.
Under the precepts of the “blame” culture when something bad happens, such as an airline disaster, it is appropriate to blame it on either Abraham Lincoln who never so much as took a commuter flight, or an obscure law from 1875 requiring the use of horse diapers in downtown areas.
The national “blame” leader, who recently blamed Democratic chickens for high egg prices and issued an executive order blaming Hillary for not deporting all men named Bill, which would have included the keeper.
In a move to get with the “blame” culture, the keeper is thinking of blaming Phyllis for the loss of his school-boy body and his ability to run like Peter Rabbit.
Time had nothing to do with it. Phyllis is to blame.
She will understand and maybe blame the keeper for her arthritis.
