Kickass, the doorstop dog, reports the keeper in a state of some distress as Phyllis takes on yet another project to go along with her many noteworthy artistic accomplishments.

The keeper’s main concern, of course, is that the time Phyllis spends with her new paint and brushes will detract from her major responsibility of maintaining the keeper’s tenuous hold on the tech world: Without Phyllis’s constant oversight and deft manipulation, the keeper would be unable to make a phone call, sign in on the internet or be at peace with the IRS.

Such a degree of dependency could be seen as part of a warm and successful relationship, or, on the other hand, as an example of one or the other marital partner “marrying up.”

The keeper will seek further input on the subject if Phyllis shows him where to get it on the internet. And she will!
