Kickass, the doorstop dog, pauses with the keeper to wish Clint Eastwood a happy 94th birthday and notes that Clint is still directing movies, cracking jokes and is totally “with it.”
This is encouraging for the keeper who is in Clint’s age group and is 64,000 words into a novel that he works at compulsively. The working title is “The Wombers” and it is about Native Women and their White female cohorts totally taking over from narcissistic men, avenging historic bloody racial abuses and turning the cultural focus away from war as the route to survival.
If Phyllis can keep the keeper from destroying his computer, he hopes to wrap up “The Wombers” within months, whereupon he will send Clint a copy of the text because it would make a great movie.
