Kickass, the doorstop dog, reports that the keeper and Phyllis are on the road again as the keeper joins Doug Moe at “Mystery to Me” book store on Monroe street tonight at 6 p.m to discuss the international implications of the keeper’s recent book “Treeson: an APOLOGIA to Trees.”
A backward glance at the keeper’s 35 years in the newspaper world back before that world was in eclipse, “Treeson” includes mention of such illustrative characters as Ed Gein, Jimmy Carter, Liz Taylor, Roundy Coughlin, Mr. Whipple and many others.
The keeper and Doug are expected to detail “Treeson’s” qualifications for the Nobel Prize in Literature.
Admission is free.
