Kickass, the doorstop dog, joins the keeper and the rest of the world’s males on this Mother’s Day to simply say thanks, Mom, and to facetiously ask if you had it to do over again on our behalf, considering the work and worry we caused, would you do it?
Take your time with the answer, Moms of the world, and if you do not separate out those males who have the audacity to dictate personal family planning issues to you, that would be just like you in your motherly acceptance of all things, as outrageous as they might be.
That male who does not have in his memory bank an occasion of disappointing his mother is not being honest with her or himself, Supreme Court justices and legislators step right up here and be recognized!
Like everyone everywhere, the keeper and Phyllis had the best mothers, and they recall them with great fondness and appreciation on this day:
“Thanks, Mom, and we’ll try to shape up our lives just for you.”
