Kickass, the doorstop dog, reports that the keeper and Phyllis, having recently been shown the way to the Overture Center, returned last night to hear the big concert-hall organ do its thing with a trombone and a set of drums. While that might seem like an odd musical line up, it fits in with the music that the keeper and Phyllis sometimes make when the keeper plays his button accordion and Phyllis provides rhythm with her tambourine.
The performance last night in Concert Hall by the unlikely instrument combination was enjoyable to hear; and if anyone ever heard the music that the keeper and Phyllis produce, the same might be said of it.
That is not likely to happen, however, since the keeper and Phyllis are definitely closet musicians and intend to stay that way.
Eat your hearts out, musical aficionados.
