Kickass, the doorstop dog, will assist the keeper and Phyllis today as they join other Vista West residents in Valentine’s Day festivities that includes a renewal of wedding vows.
Not to give anything away, but to demonstrate his sincerity, the following is just one of the vows that the keeper will be repeating:
“I vow to carry Phyllis across the marriage threshold without dropping her even though I’m shaky and old.”
There will be other vows, but they will all pretty much reflect the keeper’s feelings that life with Phyllis is more than a vow, it’s a WOW!
