Kickass, the doorstop dog, reports that the keeper appreciates the extreme act of kindness displayed by Phyllis’s financial advisor in not laughing at the keeper’s abject money ignorance until the keeper had left the room.
Lacking the good judgement to keep his mouth shut, the keeper commented sufficiently to move both Phyllis and advisor Johnathan Laventure to slack jawed silence, which coincided with the beginning of the day’s stock market plunge of 500 points or so. There is obviously a connection
The embarassing fiasco is Phyllis’s fault: by now she should know enough to tell the keeper that in matters of finance, it would be best if he waited in the car.
