Kickass, the doorstop dog, joins the keeper and Phyllis in saluting “cousins,” the occasion being a riotous assembly of great grandkids at a Kim and Dick family dinner in Mazo.
Both the keeper and Phyllis have fond memories of their own cousins, most of whom have departed; and they both have these “litters” of great grandkids coming onto the cousin scene like lemmings.
There can be no greater assurance that there will be a future than to see and hear youthful cousins interacting, sometimes under the watchful eyes of loving parents, and sometimes off by themselves where cousin- fun is always better and most memorable: There was the time cousin Rob rode the baby buggy down the steep pasture hill and……..
