Kickass, the doorstop dog, reports that the Monday edition of the NYT devoted the better part of an inside page to a column by Michelle Cottle headlined: “Why Is Ron Johnson Still a Competitive Candidate?”
After a lengthy run-down of Johnson’s “MAGA-crazy” brand, the column concludes with the following question for Wisconsin voters: “Do they want to spend another six years being repped by a conspiracy-peddling, vaccine-trashing, climate change-mocking, election-doubting, Social Security and Medicare-threatening MAGA mad dog?”
The keeper appreciates his neighbor Jim Beck’s daily hand-off of the NYT, and how the newspaper holds all feet to the fire. Most of what Cottle wrote about Johnson, the keeper already knew. But the concluding question still stands, and the answer for the keeper and his crowd has to be: NO NO NO
The keeper will be joining Phyllis in her get-out-the-vote efforts–for Mandela Barnes, of course.
