Kickass, the doorstop dog, reports that the keeper, having successfully assisted Phyllis in negotiating “Naked Gardening Day” back in May, is offering his help as “Naked Bike Riding Day” is followed by “Naked Hiking Day,” marking activities that Phyllis once participated in—fully clothed, of course.
Now as 90 degree-plus weather embraces the country, it is the keeper’s thinking that clothing should be optional across the board, with sunscreen as the only required body covering.
Recent release of the movie—“Good Luck to you, Leo Grande,” which is themed around a woman engaging a sex worker to help her accept and deal with her aging body, scripts that woman—62-year-old actress Emma Thompson—as retired teacher “Mrs. Stokes,” which the keeper sees as a coincidental omen that he is onto something as it pertains to attitudes regarding the long term effects of gravity on human flesh and bone.
However, living with a real life “Mrs. Stokes,” the keeper will only gently suggest to her that when she goes out to check on her raised back-patio garden, she makes sure to have on sunscreen; and anything additional should be optional.
“Good luck to you, Keeper Grande!”
