Kickass, the doorstop dog, reports that the keeper has abandoned all that is sacred and offers the following:
MOTHER
Mother, Mother, we love you so.
You taught us how to stop and go.
We learned from you the good and bad,
And how they both showed up in dad.
You raised us boys to respect your gender,
To not break hearts and so need a mender.
But, Mom, you left the job too soon,
Too many of your boys are acting the goon:
They think it’s okay to party and go wild,
And leave a woman with unwanted child.
Then these arrogant sons and brothers,
Demand their partners all be mothers.
It’s a major outrage on this Mother’s Day,
For your sons to have such a personal say.
Your job’s not over, Mom, and that’s so true.
Trips to the woodshed are long overdue.
