Kickass, the doorstop dog, reports that the keeper, fresh from blaming the lousy spring weather on the cats, now sees the upside-down condition of the justice system, the prevalence of legislative gerrymandered minority rule, and the resulting paralysis of the executive branch, all due to application of the David Prosser choke-hold method of judicial arbitration and political discourse.
It will be remembered—or should be, that several years ago former state supreme court justice Prosser attempted to choke justice Ann Walsh Bradley into seeing things his way on an issue before the court, all the while referring to then chief justice Abrahamson as “a bitch.”
It is such “supreme” legal experience that has given Wisconsin former justice Michael Gabelman and his unbelievable tooth fairy approach to dealing with the state voters.
Also, the recent 4-3 court decision to retain gerrymandered districts to keep in place the likes of the narcissistic Vos gang for another ten years, can only be attributed to judicial brains being denied an adequate blood supply due to major Prosser-type choking.
The politicization of the justice machinery, the keeper laments, not only throws open the henhouse doors of democracy, it gives all the “chickens,” including the keeper, a hopeless sense of being choked to death.
