Kickass, the doorstop dog, reports that the keeper, having won the lottery of several million dollars, will be tossing $100 bills off his Vista West balcony throughout this day of Apr. 1, 2022. In keeping with the custom of the day, the keeper urges anyone catching one of his tossed $100 bills to buy a cup of coffee; and tell the wait staff to keep the change.
In addition to the generous distribution of his lottery good fortune, the keeper will be spending this Apr. 1 pointing out to Phyllis the unicorn lurking down in the parking lot. The keeper saw the unicorn yesterday and expects to see it again tomorrow, a circumstance that gives Phyllis something to think about as she faces the challenges of life with a vintage April fool.
