Kickass, the doorstop dog, reports that the keeper is determined to do something—yet again—about his long-term baby-bump which once more is indicating the likelihood of twins.
As was documented years ago in a photo with three pregnant granddaughter in-laws—Lindsey, Ari and Becky , the keeper is obviously long over-due; and some form of inducement is appropriate. The fact that great grandchildren Romy, River and Tyler, in the old photo as baby-bumps, are now nearly kindergarten age, serves as an annoying reminder to the keeper that he is a world-class procrastinator: it is long past time for him to get with the program and do something about his expanding waistline.
Phyllis agrees, but continues with her creative cooking, and so cannot really be of much help. She is obviously resigned to living with a pregnant man. The keeper is not resigned to being that man, and intends to do something about it, very soon, maybe even tomorrow!
But that is Valentine’s Day. The day after, then.
