Kickass, the doorstop dog, reports that the keeper and Phyllis, fresh from a wonderful family-filled Mother’s Day weekend, sadly acknowledge the seven people killed in the Colorado mass shooting—the 194th of the year; and note the inane Mother’s Day message from the NRA that good mothers arm their young daughters with yet more guns!
As truth becomes an official liability for the narcissistic Republican party, and voting is denied to the victimized members of the democracy, and abject stupidity reigns as the masses continue to tolerate a political system of commercial slavery, the keeper and Phyllis try to remember to hug each other more frequently because, well, what else is to be done as flat-earth ignorance continues to carry the day?
